Curaleaf QUE (QMID) Inhalation Device
The Curaleaf QUE (QMID) Inhalation Device is a CE-certified, Class IIa medical inhalation device for prescribed Curaleaf QUE oil cartridges. Developed by Curaleaf with Jupiter Research, it activates simply when you inhale, with no buttons or settings to manage, and delivers a timed, consistent inhalation every time.

This device works only with the following Curaleaf QUE cartridges. It is not compatible with 510-thread cartridges or any other pods, and using any other cartridge may damage the device.

Caring for Your QUE Inhalation Device
- Only use approved Curaleaf QUE cartridges, using any other cartridge may damage the device and will not be covered.
- Wipe the magnetic connection point with an IPA wipe every so often to keep the contacts clean and ensure a reliable connection.
- To check how much oil is left, remove the cartridge and hold it up to the light.
- Store the device safely when not in use, and avoid exposing it to extreme heat or cold.
Warranty
No manufacturer warranty. Standard consumer rights apply. The device is designed for a minimum lifespan of 6 months from first use, and Curaleaf advises that it should be replaced once it stops working. For the first 6 months from purchase, we will facilitate a repair or replacement for a faulty device on your behalf.

Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, this device can only be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the seal is unbroken. Once the seal has been broken, the following rules apply instead:
- Within 30 days: the device can be returned for a full refund or replacement if it is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
- 30 days to 6 months: a faulty device can be repaired or replaced. We will work directly with Curaleaf to facilitate this on your behalf.
- After 6 months: the device has reached its designed minimum lifespan. There is no manufacturer warranty for this product, but standard consumer rights still apply. Please get in touch if your device develops a fault.
