CCELL Kap 510 Battery

The CCELL Kap is a discreet, draw-activated 510 battery with a magnetic cap that fully conceals your cartridge. A quick twist of the cap switches on Stealth Mode, dimming the device's lights, while three voltage settings, a 15-second preheat and a smart display give you full control when you need it.

Why Choose the CCELL Kap?

With the cap on, the Kap hides your cartridge completely and gives little away about what it is, which is reassuring if you'd prefer to keep your medication private when you're out. Stealth Mode goes a step further by dimming the lights. It also gives you two voltage settings within the range our cartridge manufacturers recommend, plus a preheat for thicker oils. Compared with the CCELL Stylo, which shares the same display, preheat and stable heating, the Kap adds the concealing cap, while the Stylo leaves the cartridge partly visible in an open slot.

Caring for Your 510 Battery

These are general, basic care tips suitable for most 510 batteries. Your device manufacturer's own care instructions may differ, always refer to the instructions supplied with your device where the two don't match.

• Periodically unscrew the cartridge, even if you're not swapping it, cartridges can occasionally seize in the thread over time if left in place for long periods.
• Wipe the connection threads and centre pin with an IPA wipe every so often, oil residue and dust here can cause weak vapour production or a battery that won't fire properly.
• If your device has a preheat function, use it before each session, this helps the oil flow more smoothly and reduces strain on the battery and connection.
• Storing the device upright where possible helps prevent oil pooling into the mouthpiece, though there's no need to worry if this isn't always practical.
• Avoid extreme temperature and pressure changes (for example, a hot car or a flight), these can affect oil viscosity and lead to leaks.
• Don't overtighten the cartridge when attaching it, this can damage the seal and make it harder to remove later.
• Handle with care, avoid dropping or excessive shaking, which can disrupt internal seals.

For discreet, enclosed-cartridge devices like the CCELL Kap: the cartridge sits inside a housing, and you inhale from the housing rather than the cartridge directly, so vapour can build up inside the compartment itself, not just around the connection. Wipe out the inside of the housing with an IPA wipe every so often to keep flavour clean and prevent residue building up.
