Cartisan Veil Pro Evo 510 Battery

The Cartisan Veil Bar Pro EVO is a discreet 510 battery that hides your cartridge completely inside its compact body, with the precise control of fine voltage adjustment, a preheat function and a digital display. Its large 1000mAh battery keeps it going through the day, and it comes with a Bullet Wax Atomizer EVO so the same device can also be used with concentrates.

Technical Specifications

Why Choose the Cartisan Veil Bar Pro EVO?

The Veil Bar Pro EVO is the most fully featured device in our Cartisan range. It keeps your cartridge completely out of sight, and the 0.1V voltage steps let you find exactly the right setting within our recommended range, rather than choosing between a few fixed presets. The puff counter is a genuinely useful extra, making it easy to keep track of how much you've used across the day, and the 1000mAh battery gives it the longest run time of the Veil Bar range. Compared with the Cartisan Veil Bar Flow and Veil Bar Duo, it adds fine voltage control, a puff counter, a larger battery and a concentrate atomizer, while the Duo holds two cartridges at once and the Flow offers its fan-assisted Flow Mode.

This device is sold strictly for use with prescribed medication only.

Caring for Your 510 Battery

These are general, basic care tips suitable for most 510 batteries. Your device manufacturer's own care instructions may differ, always refer to the instructions supplied with your device where the two don't match.

• Periodically unscrew the cartridge, even if you're not swapping it, cartridges can occasionally seize in the thread over time if left in place for long periods.
• Wipe the connection threads and centre pin with an IPA wipe every so often, oil residue and dust here can cause weak vapour production or a battery that won't fire properly.
• If your device has a preheat function, use it before each session, this helps the oil flow more smoothly and reduces strain on the battery and connection.
• Storing the device upright where possible helps prevent oil pooling into the mouthpiece, though there's no need to worry if this isn't always practical.
• Avoid extreme temperature and pressure changes (for example, a hot car or a flight), these can affect oil viscosity and lead to leaks.
• Don't overtighten the cartridge when attaching it, this can damage the seal and make it harder to remove later.
• Handle with care, avoid dropping or excessive shaking, which can disrupt internal seals.

For discreet, enclosed-cartridge devices like the Cartisan Veil Bar Pro EVO: the cartridge sits inside a housing, and you inhale from the housing rather than the cartridge directly, so vapour can build up inside the compartment itself, not just around the connection. Wipe out the inside of the housing with an IPA wipe every so often to keep flavour clean and prevent residue building up.
