The Storz & Bickel Volcano Medic 2 is a desktop vaporiser and an advanced development of the original Volcano Medic. Like its predecessor, it allows the inhalable medical application of liquid cannabinoids dissolved in alcohol, as well as cannabinoids directly from dried hemp flowers.

The Volcano Medic 2 is built to handle both dried hemp flower and liquid cannabinoids dissolved in alcohol, giving prescribing patients a single device for both forms of medication. Fast heating and precise digital temperature control mean sessions are consistent and repeatable, while the choice between balloon and tube delivery lets each patient use whichever method suits them best.

Please note: For hygiene, the MEDIC VALVE balloon and tube are intended for use by one person only, for a maximum of 70 uses or 14 days from first use, whichever comes first. Replace sooner if heavily contaminated.

This device is sold strictly for use with prescribed medication only.

Warranty

This product is covered by Storz & Bickel's manufacturer warranty: 2 years as standard, plus an additional year when you register your device. As the only desktop device in the Storz & Bickel range, the Volcano Medic 2 is repaired directly by the manufacturer rather than replaced. We provide direct warranty assistance for any valid claims raised within 6 months of purchase, simply contact us with a description of the issue, and we'll take it from there.

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, this device can only be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the seal is unbroken. Once the seal has been broken, the following rules apply instead:

• Within 30 days: the device can be returned for a full refund or replacement if it is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
• 30 days to 6 months: a faulty device can be repaired or replaced. We will work directly with Storz & Bickel to facilitate this on your behalf.
• After 6 months: we will direct you to Storz & Bickel's manufacturer warranty and can help facilitate this at our discretion.

• A short video or photo clearly showing the fault
• A clear photo of the serial number (usually on the underside or rear of the device, or on the original packaging)

Caring for Your Dry Herb Vaporiser

These are general, basic care tips suitable for most dry herb vaporisers. Your device manufacturer's own care instructions may differ, always refer to the instructions supplied with your device where the two don't match.

• Remove the vaped material from the heating chamber after each session while the device and chamber are still warm, it comes out far more easily than once fully cooled.
• Don't clean the device itself while it's still warm, allow it to cool fully first.
• Clean glass parts separately from the main device using a resin-safe cleaning product.
• Replace screens and filters periodically, a clogged screen restricts airflow and affects flavour. Wear & tear replacement sets for most devices are available on our site.
• Avoid overpacking the chamber; tightly packed material restricts airflow and can cause overheating.
• Keep electrical contacts and charging ports dry, and avoid letting cleaning products near the battery compartment.
