Warranty

This product is covered by Storz & Bickel's manufacturer warranty. Unlike most current S&B devices, the VEAZY carries a standard 2-year statutory warranty only, it is specifically excluded from the optional 1-year extension available on other S&B products. We provide direct warranty assistance for any valid claims raised within 6 months of purchase, simply contact us with a description of the issue, and we'll take it from there.

Returns & Troubleshooting

Having an issue with your device? Get in touch and we'll help sort it out. To speed things up, please have ready:

• A short video or photo clearly showing the fault
• A clear photo of the serial number (usually on the underside or rear of the device, or on the original packaging)

If the device has stopped working completely within 30 days of purchase, contact us straight away, in many cases we can arrange a full replacement rather than a standard warranty return.

Caring for Your Dry Herb Vaporiser

• Remove the vaped material from the heating chamber after each session while the device and chamber are still warm, it comes out far more easily than once fully cooled.
• Don't clean the device itself while it's still warm, allow it to cool fully first.
• Clean glass parts separately from the main device using a cannabis-safe cleaning product.
• Replace screens and filters periodically, a clogged screen restricts airflow and affects flavour. Wear & tear replacement sets for most devices are available on our site.
• Avoid overpacking the chamber; tightly packed material restricts airflow and can cause overheating.
• Keep electrical contacts and charging ports dry, and avoid letting cleaning products near the battery compartment.
