Due to hygiene reasons, this device can only be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the seal is unbroken. Once the seal has been broken, the following applies instead:

• Within 30 days: the device can be returned for a full refund or replacement if it is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
• After 30 days: no manufacturer warranty is currently published for this product, so we're unable to confirm further repair or replacement support beyond the standard 30-day period. Please get in touch and we'll advise on a case-by-case basis.

Caring for Your 510 Battery

These are general, basic care tips suitable for most 510 batteries. Your device manufacturer's own care instructions may differ, always refer to the instructions supplied with your device where the two don't match.

• Periodically unscrew the cartridge, even if you're not swapping it, cartridges can occasionally seize in the thread over time if left in place for long periods.
• Wipe the connection threads and centre pin with an IPA wipe every so often, oil residue and dust here can cause weak hits or a battery that won't fire properly.
• If your device has a preheat function, use it before each session, this helps the oil flow more smoothly and reduces strain on the battery and connection.
• Storing the device upright where possible helps prevent oil pooling into the mouthpiece, though there's no need to worry if this isn't always practical.
• Avoid extreme temperature and pressure changes (for example, a hot car or a flight), these can affect oil viscosity and lead to leaks.
• Don't overtighten the cartridge when attaching it, this can damage the seal and make it harder to remove later.
• Handle with care, avoid dropping or excessive shaking, which can disrupt internal seals.
