G Pen Melt Hot Knife

The G Pen Melt is a pocket-sized hot knife for loading concentrates and hash cleanly into your vaporiser. Its ceramic tip heats almost instantly to a fixed 150°C, so your concentrate slides off smoothly where you want it rather than sticking to the tool. G Pen describes it as the smallest hot knife on the market, at just 100mm long.

Why Choose the G Pen Melt?

The Melt's biggest advantage is its size: shorter than most pens and barely thicker than a key, it fits in a pocket or travel kit without you noticing it's there. Its fixed 150°C tip is warm enough to release thick concentrates and hash cleanly, and pass-through charging means you can keep using it even with a flat battery. Compared with the Puffco Hot Knife V2, the Melt is smaller and lets you use it while charging, while the Hot Knife V2 offers a longer battery life per charge, a faster full charge and a battery level check. Care & Maintenance

Once the tip has fully cooled, wipe it clean with an IPA wipe or a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol to remove any residue. Keep the charging port dry, and always replace the travel cap once the tip is cool.
